  • Red Med Finance is founded in Casablanca.
2007
  • Integra Bourse is founded and becomes Mena Capital Partners (MCP), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tunisian group Tunisie Valeurs. MCP is acquired by Red Med Capital in 2021.
2010
  • Development of expertise advising renewable-energy project developers.
2011
  • Red Med Asset Management is founded and licensed by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority.
2018
  • Red Med Asset Management exceeds 5 billion dirhams in assets under management.
2020
  • The management company Red Med Private Equity is founded.
2021
  • Red Med Asset Management exceeds 10 billion dirhams in assets under management.
  • Red Med Private Equity is licensed by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority.
  • The brokerage firm Mena Capital Partners is acquired and renamed Red Med Securities.
  • A new visual identity is created.
2022
  • Initial closing of the Colombus 1 Fund, managed by Red Med Private Equity, at MAD 300 million.
  • Red Med Securities launches online trading.
  • Creation of Red Med Real Estate.
2023
  • Red Med Corporate Finance obtains AMMC Financial Investment Adviser status.
  • Red Med Capital and Red Med Asset Management receive the CGEM CSR label.
  • Capital Finance Group names Red Med Capital “Best Investment Bank in Morocco”.

  • Red Med Private Equity is appointed to take over the Oriental Region Investment Fund.
  • Red Med Asset Management receives a Strong (Mar) rating from Fitch Ratings.
