Tawfik Soulami
Tawfik Soulami has been Managing Director of Red Med Real Estate since February 2025.
With more than 20 years of experience in managing large projects, Tawfik Soulami joined Red Med Real Estate in March 2024 as Support Director. In this role, he was mainly in charge of the administrative and legal aspect of the SPVs, as well as the Purchasing aspect.
Before joining Red Med Real Estate, he was Director of Development in an investment fund from August 2016, playing a crucial role in the development of two large-scale projects and supervising an investment portfolio of more than 2.4 billion dirhams.
At New Marina Casablanca, CDG Group, from 2010 to 2016, he led the implementation of investment strategies for a portfolio of more than 2 billion dirhams and supervised the development of various programs.
From 2004 to 2010, Tawfik worked at the Communal Equipment Fund as an Analyst, Project Manager, where he evaluated infrastructure and superstructure projects for local authorities.
His career began at the Bureau de Recherches et de Participations Minières, where he was responsible for carrying out technical-economic feasibility studies for mining projects.
A graduate of the Mohammedia School of Engineering in 2002, Tawfik has solid expertise in financial management, team management and business strategy.

Mahmoud Khiar
Mahmoud KHIAR joined Red Med Real Estate in August as Project Director.
He has several years of experience as a project manager with solid expertise in the management of large development and urban planning and infrastructure projects.
During his career he participated in complex projects, such as the Grand Théâtre de Casablanca, the reconversion of the port area of Tangier city and the development of the Marchica Lagoon, mastering all technical, financial and contractual aspects.
Mahmoud KHIAR is a civil engineer who graduated from the École Polytechnique and Ponts et Chaussées.

Yassir Aqraou
Yassir AQRAOU, a state engineer graduated from the Mohammadia School of Engineers, is specialized in geotechnics, civil engineering and project management. With solid experience in the design, planning and management of national projects, he operates in the fields of public infrastructure, construction and real estate.
Before joining Red Med Real Estate, Yassir worked within leading institutions such as the National Agency for Public Facilities (ANEP), the Public Testing and Studies Laboratory (LPEE), TGCC/TG-revet and SBTX, where he successively held the positions of project engineer, materials and structures engineer, project manager and methods engineer.
His career has led him to manage complex and strategic projects, notably the construction of the Grand Stade de Rabat (Prince Moulay Abdellah) in fast-track mode, as well as hospital (H-UIR), university (UM6P PH 3B – Rabat and Campus UM6P – Benguerir) and hydraulic (dams) programs across the Kingdom.
Yassir stands out for his technical rigor, his strategic vision and his ability to combine operational excellence and innovation in the field.

Maroua Boulahya
Maroua Boulahya is a financial modeling engineer at Red Med Real Estate, where she contributes to the development, automation and optimization of strategic financial models.
Before joining Red Med Real Estate, she completed several internships which allowed her to strengthen her skills in three key areas: advanced financial modeling, data science applied to financial markets and business process automation. Her end-of-study internship took place at Red Med Corporate Finance in Rabat, where she consolidated her mastery of financial models and analytical tools.
Maroua graduated from the Mohammadia School of Engineering, in Modeling Engineering and Scientific Computing, a training combining applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, digital simulations and software engineering. This dual scientific and technical skill allows him to approach financial projects with a solid, structured and impact-oriented analytical approach.
In parallel with her academic and professional career, Maroua distinguished herself internationally by becoming vice-champion of the Enactus 2024 world during the World Cup in Kazakhstan. This distinction highlights his leadership, his sense of initiative and his commitment to sustainable innovation projects with strong social impact.

Youssef HASNAOUI has joined Red Med Real Estate as Works Supervisor.
With several years of experience in managing real estate projects, Youssef has worked since 2019 as a Works Supervisor at LAZRAK CONTRACRORS, where he managed several real estate projects.
He also gained experience in a design office, thus strengthening his technical skills.
Youssef HASNAOUI continued his studies at the Meknes University of Sciences in the Mathematical Science and Applied Computer Science sector.
In 2017, he obtained a technician diploma specialized in Major Works at the ISBTP in Errachidia.

Halima Soubai
Halima joins Red Med Real Estate in June 2025 as Administrative Manager.
Before joining us, Halima held the position of Office Manager at ALPHA10X, where she was in charge of supervising daily administrative operations, coordinating internal events, as well as accounting and budgetary monitoring.
She also worked as Content Manager at CATA, Logistics Coordinator at MRTB-UM6P, and Assistant to the entrepreneurship expert as part of the FORSA Program, thus developing solid expertise in organization, logistics, administrative management, and project support.
Halima graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Cadi Ayyad University, and completed her training with two specialized diplomas in logistics and transport in Benguerir.
