Mohamed Nasset
Mohamed has been Co-Founder-Chief Executive Officer of Red Med Private Equity since September 2020.
Mohamed is responsible for leading the management team, to which he brings nearly 15 years of experience in financial transactions. He started at EY in Paris as a Transaction Services consultant then Corporate Finance Manager. Subsequently, he was in charge of Corporate Finance across 16 French-speaking African countries at Deloitte Financial Advisory in Casablanca.
Mohamed has to his credit more than 30 transactions in Morocco and internationally.
Mohamed is an engineering graduate from ESTP in Paris.

Anass Chemchoum
Anass joined the Red Med Private Equity team in September 2021.
From October 2019 to August 2021, Anass participated in Due Diligence projects for PE and Corporate funds within the Eight Advisory firm.
From January 2014 to September 2019, he worked in strategy and operations consulting within Kurt Salmon and Step Consulting in Paris. He has supported several large industrial groups from the CAC40 and SBF120 in the overhaul of commercial, Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategies. Anass also participated in the realization of several strategic and operational turnaround plans.
Anass is a general engineer at Arts et Métiers ParisTech. he is certified Professional of Supply Chain (APICS) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ASQ).

Sami Sahib
Sami joined the Red Med Private Equity team in September 2021.
Previously, Sami was a Manager in the M&A Transaction Services department of Deloitte in Casablanca. He has accumulated more than 7 years of experience, during which he executed and supervised a significant number of acquisition and disposal financial due diligence mandates, on behalf of investment funds and national and international corporate players.
Having taken part in strategic transactions mainly in Morocco and French-speaking Africa, Sami has been able to develop multi-sector expertise, covering in particular the sectors of industry, education, private health, mass distribution, infrastructure and telecoms.
Holder of a Grande Ecole master's degree in Corporate Finance from ISCAE Casablanca, Sami is also a chartered accountant registered with the OEC.

Saad Achak
Saad joined Red Med Private Equity in September 2024, after having acquired seven years of experience at Grant Thornton. As a Manager within the consulting and key accounts department, he carried out and supervised several financial and tax due diligence missions.
He has also managed more than twenty audit files, covering various sectors such as the automobile industry, the food industry, education, private clinics and the pharmaceutical industry.
Saad holds a master's degree in accounting, control and audit from IGR IAE in Rennes.

With more than 25 years of experience, including 15 in the financial sector, Jamila Ennouini Elhakoumi has held the position of Investment Manager at Red Med Private Equity since September 2024. His career is marked by increasing responsibilities within renowned institutions, testifying to his professionalism and commitment.
She has developed in-depth expertise in the analysis, structuring and monitoring of high-impact projects, particularly in the key sectors of private equity, industry and agri-food.
Based in Oujda, it actively contributes to regional development, with an approach focused on results and long-term impact.

Ghizlane El Qoumari
Ghizlane joined Red Med Private Equity in August 2021.
She made her professional debut at the Fidaroc Grant Thornton firm. As part of its activities, it has carried out several financial audit and internal control missions which have enabled it to have solid technical expertise in the regulatory field.
Ghizlane holds a Master’s degree in accounting and audit control from the Institute of Advanced Management Studies (HEM) in Casablanca.

Mohamed Amine Farhane
Before joining Red Med Private Equity as an investment manager in 2022, Mohamed Amine Farhane began his career at the Paris subsidiary of ING where he participated in numerous advisory missions in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition financing.
He then joined the private debt department of Tikehau Investment Management, where he worked on several LBO financing transactions in different sectors.
He was also an analyst at Ascent Capital Partners in Casablanca, where he helped execute several transactions in the pharmaceutical, services and agribusiness sectors.
His last experience was in the strategy and M&A team at BearingPoint, where he participated in several strategy consulting missions.
Mohamed Amine is a graduate of the Grande Ecole Program of Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Manal Ait El Kadi
Manal joined Red Med Private Equity in January 2024 for his final internship as a junior analyst. In this capacity, she actively participated in the investigation and evaluation of investment opportunities, notably by carrying out market studies and sectoral analyses. Manal also contributed to the preparation of investment committees and the monitoring of participations.
Manal graduated from the Grande Ecole Program of ISCAE Casablanca with a specialization in Corporate Finance.

Fadma El Messaoudi
Fadma El Messaoudi joins Red Med Private Equity as Office Manager.
She previously held the position of Assistant to the President within the Guelmim-Oued Noun Regional Council.
She also worked as Receptionist and Health Claims Service Coordinator at Prevas Assurance & Prévoyance Maroc, working on customer relations and administrative follow-up of files.
Previously, she held several administrative positions, notably as Executive Assistant at ANAPEC and Assistant within the NCRM company in Casablanca, strengthening her skills in administrative management and coordination of activities.
Fadma holds a degree in management IT.
