Convinced that performance can only be holistic, we will continue to turn our convictions into concrete action.

January 2026

Ethics, fairness, transparency, respect, kindness and sharing have been at the heart of our Group since its inception.

Our values are non-negotiable. They are our most valuable asset, our future and our guarantee of continuity.

They are shared by all our employees, for whom they have always been essential to the beginning of any collaboration.

I cannot envisage the Red Med Group any other way.

It is in this context that the Red Med Group decided to structure and formalise its role as a responsible actor in the society in which it operates.

Our CSR actions clearly represent a conviction, a duty and a priority.

Today, we are proud to have held the CGEM CSR Label since November 2023 for Red Med Capital and Red Med Asset Management, and since November 2025 for Red Med Private Equity.
