Abdeslam Ababou
Abdeslam est président fondateur de Red Med Capital, créée en 2004, de Red Med Asset Management, créée en 2011, Red Med Private Equity créée en 2020, Redmed Real Estate crée en 2022, RedMed Corporate Finance, créée en 2022 et Président de Red Med Securities acquise en 2021.
Abdeslam dispose d’une expérience de 30 ans dans les Fusions & Acquisitions et a dirigé plusieurs opérations de conseil, de capital développement et de restructurations. Parmi son portefeuille de clients, figurent de grands groupes internationaux et nationaux, opérant dans les secteurs des télécommunications, de l’énergie, du secteur financier, du transport, de l’environnement, de la grande distribution et de l’agro-alimentaire.
Abdeslam est par ailleurs Administrateur de plusieurs sociétés dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelables, de la finance, du tourisme, de l’agro-alimentaire et de l’industrie.
Entre 2000 et 2003, Abdeslam a été Directeur Général co-fondateur de Advisory & Finance Group et Président co-fondateur de Advisory Asset Management.
Abdeslam a travaillé à la Banque PARIBAS à Paris et à Londres entre 1990 et 2000 dans les métiers des systèmes d’information et des Fusions & Acquisitions.
Abdeslam est ingénieur ENSEEIHT, France.

Ali Ait Mansour
Ali serves as M&A Director at Red Med Corporate Finance.
He previously worked at Red Med Capital between 2012 and 2016 as M&A Manager, during which he participated in several major strategic transactions.
Ali then continued his international career by joining the Bank of Montreal (BMO) in Toronto in 2016 as Director of M&A, where over the last 10 years he structured and executed several mergers and acquisitions and fundraising transactions. This experience allowed him to develop a solid network with North American private equity funds and to manage relatively broad transactional processes between Canada and the United States.
His career also includes several experiences in France, notably at Société Générale CIB, Technip Energies and Mondelēz International, where he strengthened his expertise in financial modeling and analysis, structuring and coordination of cross-functional projects.
Ali holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from NEOMA Business School and has more than 15 years of experience in high value-added strategic operations consulting.

Mourad Naim
Mourad NAIM joined Red Med Corporate Finance in June 2025 as Director of Corporate Finance.
Before joining RMCF, Mourad held the position of Senior Manager Financial Structuring at TAQA Morocco where he was in charge of structuring work, financial modeling and financing of energy and seawater desalination projects.
Before joining TAQA Morocco, he held key positions at CDG Capital (2023) and Capital Trust Finance (over two periods: 2011-2013 and 2019-2022), where he supported large Moroccan companies and institutions in M&A operations, bond issues, IPOs and financial restructuring.
Mourad also spent 6 years at AFG Investment Bank (between 2013 and 2019), where he was in charge of real estate investment projects, developing expertise in asset valuation, structuring real estate financing and coordinating large-scale operations.
Mourad is a graduate of ENCG Settat in financial management and accounting.

Mehdi Bibaoune
Mehdi joined the Red Med Finance team in April 2025.
Before joining Red Med Finance, Mehdi held the position of Senior Associate at Upline Corporate Finance, where he contributed to several strategic transactions, both in M&A and ECM/DCM. He also held project management positions within a holding company between Paris and Casablanca.
His experience has led him to structure and manage complex transactions, including M&A transactions, high value-added financial arrangements and bond issues.
Mehdi holds a degree in economics and finance from La Sorbonne and a Global Executive MBA from École des Ponts ParisTech.

Othmane Ben Yahia
Othmane joined the Red Med Corporate Finance team in June 2026 as Corporate ECM & DCM Manager.
Before joining Red Med Corporate Finance, Othmane held the position of Manager at BMCE Capital Conseil, the investment bank of the Bank of Africa group, where he contributed to numerous strategic transactions in M&A, ECM and DCM. He previously held strategy and corporate finance consulting functions within FINACTU International, working in particular on financial structuring and development issues on a pan-African scale.
His experience has led him to structure and manage complex transactions, including IPOs, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions, bond issues as well as large-scale debt restructurings.
Othmane holds a Master’s degree in financial and accounting management from the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG) in Kénitra.

Saad-Eddine MENOUN joined Red Med Corporate Finance in July 2025.
Before joining Red Med Corporate Finance, Saad-Eddine held the position of senior financial analyst in transaction services within Deloitte Financial Advisory. where he contributed to numerous due diligence operations.
He previously worked at EY Strategy & Transactions as an Analyst, working on valuation missions, financial analysis and strategic operations for public and private clients.
Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as a financial auditor at Coopers Audit Maroc.
Saad-Eddine is a graduate of the Grand Ecole Program of ISCAE Casablanca and is currently a candidate for the CFA Program, level I.

Meriem joined the RED MED Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Analyst, following a successful end-of-study internship within Red Med Corporate Finance.
Graduated with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from ISCAE, she developed solid skills in finance, strategy and consulting through several internships, notably at Corporate Value Advisory, Nexia Fiducia Maroc and BMCE Capital Solutions.
During these experiences, she was involved in financial analysis, strategic consulting, depositary control and capital markets missions.
