In April 2026, Red Med Capital renewed this certification following the same assessment process, achieving an overall score of 87%, up 7 points compared with 2025. This progress reflects our sustained commitment and drive for continuous improvement through the assessment and implementation of the recommendations made.
This recognition is based on a rigorous assessment of HR practices and a survey conducted among the Group’s 80 employees. It measures their level of satisfaction and identifies concrete areas for improvement.
Eight key dimensions are examined: corporate social responsibility, team relations, engagement, leadership and managerial excellence, internal organisation, employee benefits, HR policies and compensation.
At Red Med Capital, employees are at the heart of our priorities. Their professional and personal fulfilment is essential. Diversity is also central to our corporate culture, and we are proud that women represent 46% of the Group. We will continue our efforts to advance gender equity and foster an increasingly inclusive workplace.
